Project Description

Intolead collaborates closely with partners and clients to unlock their hidden value and transform their businesses from the inside out. They design tailored services to create the right business strategies, combined with business coaching, change management, and digital learning solutions.

We were approached by Future Collective and Intolead to define a digital strategy for B2B sales training in South Africa, Finland and Norway. We were tasked to help them understand the potential in each market, the best approach for elearning, brand opportunities, competitor landscape and the digital engagement strategy.

Our strategy was based on a new era of learning, a personalised process with interactive video and automation aimed at higher engagement.
